Our residence in Eraclea Mare

The flats, recently renovated, are modern and furnished simply and functionally.

Composed by different typologies to better satisfy the needs of everyone, the flats have a completely equipped kitchen with flatware, traditional oven or microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning or fan, LCD TV, 24h free WI-FI, bathroom with shower and private terrace with chairs and table.

Guests can deposit bicycles, strollers and prams in a dedicated area at the ground floor where it’s also placed a Laundromat that every guest can use.

Flats are equipped with private parking space inside the Residence area where you can leave the car and forget it to spend your holiday completely in confidence.

We pay attention on allergy problems and, therefore, we have decided to not host pet animals.

SMALL THREE-ROOM APARTMENT

Flats for maximum 5 people with a bedroom with queen-size bed and another room with single bed and bunk bed, and feature a living room, kitchen and bathroom, all equipped with a complete and different services available.

BIG THREE-BEDROOM APARTMENT

Our most spacious flats, suitable also for large families, can host up to 7 people. They are composed by two bedrooms with queen-size bed, with the addition respectively of bunk bed and single bed, large living room, bathroom and kitchen, all equipped with many facilities available.

SMALL TWO-ROOM APARTMENT

Apartment up to 4 people, fully renovated and equipped with living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with queen-size bed, terrace, bathroom and equipped kitchen, and in addition many others services provided.

BIG TWO-ROOM APARTMENT

Large apartments that can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, using the sofa bed in the living area, bedroom with queen-size bed and bunk bed inside the room. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and there are also hospitable terraces and private parking spaces.

STUDIO FLAT

Apartments of various sizes, ideal for hosting 2 to 4 people and for those looking for an suitable solution. They are equipped with queen-size bed and an eventual sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower, and terrace with chairs and table.
