Flats for maximum 5 people with a bedroom with queen-size bed plus wardrobe, the second room with bunk bed plus single bed, a sofa bed in living room area, comfortable and modern kitchen equipped with dishes, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, LCD tv, independent air-conditioning, bathrooms with shower and window.

- The accommodation rate includes: 1 parking space, consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, gas.
- Accommodations will be consigned after 03.30 pm.
- Departure within 10.00 am.
- Reservations are accepted for a minimum stay of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
- If the accommodation won’t be left cleaned and tidy as consigned, an additional charge for costs of cleaning will be debited.
- Further conditions are set out in the binding reservation agreement.
- At the arrival, it’s necessary delivering personal documents and/or personal data of whom occupies the flats, even if it’s a guest just for one night.
